Multi-applicable training hold sold in set of 2. Due to its round shape, sloping top and variable angle, the hold is different everywhere. The system disk is an ideal hold for system walls, training walls and fitness training in routes. The System Disk comes in two sizes; medium with a diameter of 10 cm and large with a diameter of 18 cm. Mounting is done with a DIN 912 cylinder bolt M10. All our holds meet the standard for climbing holds NEN12572-3.
